Software and System Problems Experienced Throughout THY

DUE TO SOFTWARE AND SYSTEM PROBLEMS, the transactions of GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL passengers registered for Turkish Airlines flights on 19 JULY 2024 – 19 JULY 2024(Included), provided that they take action until 25 JUL 2024 (Included):
Reservation changes will be made free of charge. No-show penalty will not be charged for passengers who have not yet checked in even though the flight time has passed.
Refund requests:
a) Tickets has not been used will be refunded free of charge.
b) Partially used tickets for which the trip has not been completed; Refunds for unused flights will be made free of charge. Extension of Ticket’s duration: The validity of the ticket can be extended until 25 JUL 2024 (Included) without any fee difference or penalty.
Relevant applications will only be valid for flights operated by Turkish Airlines
