Many European countries, which come to the fore with strict travel bans due to the coronavirus pandemic, continue to open their borders with normalization steps. The recent entry requirements to the country of Germany abolished the travel warning to Turkey is curious.
With the beginning of the gradual transition to the controlled normal order in June, the eyes of the citizens were in the travel bans that were shaped depending on the course of the Covid-19 outbreak. The Middle East, America, Asia and Balkan countries, especially Europe, opened their doors. Especially remarkable number of expats in Turkey, Germany, went to a number of changes in the conditions of entry to the country.

Passengers who do not meet the following criteria are not accepted to enter the country.
All passengers traveling to Germany (including German citizens) must have a negative PCR test taken within 0-48 hours after arrival in Germany. For PCR testing, 0-48 hours should be taken as a basis.
- It will be strictly enforced as of August 8, 23:59 and PCR Negative documents will be requested from all passengers.
- No test will be required from passengers under 2 years of age.
- All output will be applied to airports in Turkey including Istanbul.
- Passengers arriving from international stations and arriving in Germany will not be asked to test.

European Union residence / D type visa holders,
Requirements for D type visas:
- Organized for family reunification with an EU citizen
- Passengers who have evidence that they will travel for business purposes (For example; Medical worker, Press / Media worker, Military personnel, ship personnel, transport personnel, diplomats, maintenance personnel, food industry personnel, if a student (certificate from the university that they should be there with)
Third world countries holding C-type visa and Gray / Green (Service / Special) Turkish passport holders, provided that family members (only mother, father and sibling) submit supporting documents (death, wedding and birth certificate etc.) in case of emergency;
Funeral and Wedding,
Parents whose children live in Germany,
People traveling with a German citizen spouse,
Those traveling with children of German citizenship,
Third world countries with C-type visa and Gray / Green (Service / Special) Turkish passport holders, provided that they have important business reasons (such as sales contract or maintenance / repair) and documents approved by the company in Germany during their travels, excluding participation in meetings.
People with Gray or Green passports will not be accepted for touristic or family visits.
Australia, Georgia, Canada, New Zealand, Thailand and passengers living in Uruguay (permanent residence to those in Turkey) or sign with visa (if they need a visa or session)
Persons who will make a transfer flight through Germany, if there is no alternative route,
US continents can travel if they have a US residence permit, no US visa will be accepted,
Persons who will enter Germany are subject to a 14-day quarantine application in their own homes, in accordance with the state rules.
Passengers traveling to Hamburg (HAM) can have their free COVID-19 test by showing their boarding pass at the airport.
Quarantine conditions; Passengers arriving from the countries (High Risk Countries) on the relevant link should contact the competent authority at their residence / place of residence in the Federal Republic of Germany (usually the local health office - Gesundheitsamt) without delay and provide information about their return to the country. The competent public health authority locally will inform about its application to this quarantine. Individuals excluded from quarantine are those who are only subject to exemption under federal state (Laender) law and show no signs of COVID-19 infection according to the current criteria set by the Robert Koch Institute. Among other measures, the federal states (Laender) have provided exceptions only for those who have passed through the Federal Republic of Germany or can prove that they have tested negative for coronavirus SARS-CoV infection through a medical certificate.
